1. Why do I need e-commerce?

E-commerce is perfect solution for self-indulgent users. We subconsciously seek ways to make our lives easier and more comfortable. Browsing through an endless selection of shops and products while sitting in your own couch is just too alluring when compared to the alternative.

All buyers are ordinary people. You don't alter your behavior as a customer between on and off duty. You just act like you always do. This is a fact often neglected in b2b sales.
